Refund Policy

This policy applies to Detailer Content Engine, sold by Shaheen Digital LLC under the Detailer Signal brand.

How to request a refund

Email admin@shaheendigital.net within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. Include the email address you used at checkout and your order details.

Who qualifies

Refunds are discretionary. A request qualifies when all three of these are true:

1. The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
2. You have accessed or completed less than 25% of the course (fewer than 7 of the 26 lessons).
3. Your account shows no evidence of excessive use, copying, sharing, redistribution or other abuse of the course or the downloadable materials.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Access to the course and files ends when a refund is issued.
