Terms of Purchase and Use

1. Who we are

Detailer Signal is a brand of Shaheen Digital LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Contact: admin@shaheendigital.net. [Lawyer: confirm what postal address, if any, must appear here.]

2. What you're buying

Detailer Content Engine is a digital product: a self-paced video course (26 lessons) and a downloadable toolkit (17 tools). It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You get access to version 1 and its updates for as long as the course is offered. There is no community or coaching in version 1.

3. Your licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course and toolkit in your own detailing business, including with your own staff. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the videos or files, or share your course account. Downloaded PDFs may be marked with your email address and purchase date.

4. Checkout, payment and tax

Checkout and course delivery are provided by Payhip. Card payments are processed by Stripe for Shaheen Digital LLC. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is added at checkout.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. No promised results

Content supports trust, proof and inquiries. It doesn't guarantee bookings, followers or revenue. What happens in your business depends on your work, your market and many things we don't control.

7. Marketing education only

The course teaches marketing and content. It doesn't teach detailing technique. Anything technical — products, coatings, film, chemicals, durability or safety — stays with you, your training and the product makers' documentation. Check technical statements before you post them.

8. Your customers and your posts

You are responsible for what you publish, for getting permission from your customers, and for removing plates, names, addresses and other personal details from your footage.

9. Third-party tools

The course refers to tools we don't control, such as social platforms, Google Business Profile and AI tools. Their features and rules change. Your use of them is under their terms.

10. Our content

The course, toolkit, text and brand are owned by Shaheen Digital LLC. The Northline Auto Detail examples are fictional and illustrative.

11. Liability
